DESCRIPTION:This Saturday features the perfect pairing. \nJoin us April 19 for a Pizza & Oyster Day that celebrates everything we love about spring on Virginia’s Eastern Shore—sunshine\, delicious food\, and great Virginia wine. \nBeginning at 10AM\, we’ll be shucking and serving Shooting Point Oysters on the half-shell—enjoy six oysters and a glass of your favorite Chatham wine for just $20. Then starting at Noon\, Furnace Pizza will be here serving up an incredible menu (see last post) of handcrafted\, wood-fired pizzas\, plus roasted oysters available for $14/half dozen. \nNo fee to attend. No need to RSVP. Just bring a picnic setup (no outside alcohol) and your appetite. \nPizzas are available for pre-order directly from Furnace Pizza\, but walk-ups are welcome\, of course. \nCome soak up the sun with us—there’s no better way to spend a Saturday on the Shore.
